At Transition4us, we believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive environment to rebuild their life. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting individuals in transition—whether from incarceration, addiction recovery, homelessness, or other life-altering circumstances—we provide critical resources that foster stability, dignity, and hope.

The majority of our proceeds directly support a sober living facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where residents receive not only shelter but also access to peer support, accountability, and the tools needed for long-term recovery. This facility has become a cornerstone of healing for dozens of individuals seeking a fresh start.

But our vision doesn’t stop there. We are actively working to expand our reach by raising funds to purchase additional transitional housing units. With more homes, we can serve more people—offering them a chance to reclaim their lives, reconnect with their communities, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Every donation, partnership, and volunteer hour brings us closer to a future where transitional support is not a privilege, but a standard. Together, we are building bridges from crisis to stability, one life at a time.
